Brief About The Project:
With informalities emerging as an alternative way of village construction, I decided to give these self-organized communities a process that is based on their own improvisation,craft and existing village pattern to emerge and become sustainable. The village follows a participatory design approach, where the goal is to empower locals and give them a process to follow and develop the community.The idea of village lies within its structure which is precast-concrete. Modular-units were used so Locals can manipulate/improvise on façade/roof and function of space depending on their economic status.
