Brief About The Project:

The project is located along the border between Turkey and Syria. The land belongs to an Armenian family that is keen to meet new people and that keeps its house open for visitors.
The most important aspect of this site is its magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea, which attracts visitors from both countries.

The architect fulfilled the family’s and visitors’ needs by breaking architectural rules, thus creating a unique environment. The villa is suspended on a mirror platform to let the owners make their own decision about how and where they want to belong, because they have roots in both countries, but belong only to their land.
