Brief About The Project:
New urbanism approach for the Egyptian’s community, to create an interconnected community which is integrated, diverse and coherent. This is achieved throughout overlapping activities in which architecture and landscape satisfy the human impact. Adding the context that emphasized project’s objectives; Egypt’s initiatives for new cities which are developed to invite more citizens resolving the population congestion is spreading but unfortunately, the results are not meeting up the expectations. However, the choice of Al-Alamin as a new city is a prospect for starting a new planning methodology.
