Brief About The Project:
The idea of the project emerged from wanting to target an area in Amman that has been neglected and to find a contextually sensitive strategy that aims to revive it. The area chosen is located in the eastern side of the city; it runs along the Yarmouk street and contains the historically significant 10 Arches bridge. This project aims to regenerate the “type” of the area by creating a buffer zone for the current industrial scene through revitalizing the existing heritage by rethinking the social infrastructure of the bridge and turn it into an active destination and public space.
