Al-Tal Urban Park aims to bridge this gap between the two sides by functioning as an urban node connecting both sides of the wall. Each aspect of the Park - its location, design and function - strives to not only revive the hill’s historical significance and open up the tall for everyone, but integrate an essential previously excluded community into city life, which will be made all the more vibrant in a space dedicated to creativity, idea-sharing, and skill-building in a modern and tech-driven world. It is a place to educate and generate work and income through increased collaboration, while cultivating recognition and value of all of Irbid’s community members.
