Brief About The Project:
The project seeks developing, refurbishing and reusing the abandoned Italian phosphate company in ELQOUSIR RED SEA. The area will depend on the ecological industry using large SEAWATER GREENHOUSE DESALINATION PLANT. The main entrance was redesigned to connect the old city with the inner parts of the project to create a touristic historical path. The development of the sea facade line consists of ( HOTEL- STUDENTS DORMITORY- MULTI TYPE RESIDENCE), the middle part contains the MARKET with FLEXIBLE UNITS employees residence, LARGE RESTAURANT and NURSERY SCHOOL. The south area consists of METALLURGY AND 3D FABRICATION POST-PROGRAM CAMPUS.
