Brief About The Project: 

Mosul is the main city in the province of Nineveh, which is located (400 km) north of the Iraqi capital Baghdad.
The city had a major problem due to its geopolitical location, which led to several wars and disasters including the (ISIS) war (June 9, 2014 - Jul 10, 2017), the latest and most catastrophic war ever happened to the city.
Project Goal: Reconstructing the Riverfront of Tigris River with it’s traditional markets and proposing public spaces, with the same identity of the area. Preserve the identity and rich culture of Mosul city before it is forgotten. Identifying the main city elements and the people’s Customs and traditions.
