The design idea consists of 2 aspects:
Social Aspect
The main idea is how to attract people to visit the cultural project?
The opera house not a place to visit with a ticket in a Specific time but a public area for all people to visit in any time to meet each other or relax without doing anything.
1- The site
2- Outdoor cafes
3-Take the theater into the audiences
4-the opera height can see all the city from the roof
INTERACTIVE Aspect
1-Convert the visitor into performers
2-Elevation can dance with them by an attractor.
